 Reporting to the President, Dwight will be developing new business from old customers as well as potential customers based upon both self-generated leads and those generated by the marketing department and the project managers in the company. He is pleased for many reasons:

 I accepted this position due to the combination of the following: 1. A great team of people to work with, from the President of the company on down. I met with the President for 10 hours before I was hired. 2. A wonderful, legitimate opportunity to help the company grow, helping to take them to the next level. 3. A very fair compensation package where I can make up to $100,000 this year. 4. The office is located about 5 minutes from where I live.

 The SET team and resources were great to work with. Bill M did a top notch job of guiding me through the job search process, and also added a humanistic touch that I found quite helpful. He really took the time to flesh out my wants and needs and used those conversations to assist me throughout my search.

 The research department was also phenomenal. They called me on at least 3 occasions to offer help... in addition, they always responded quickly and thoroughly on each and every search query I submitted.

 Lastly, the website is a GREAT resource.
